SGT. H2O's Aquatic Boot Camp :: Phase 1/Phase 2

Phase 1- This course requires limited to no swimming experience.  If you cannot swim at all you will need to wear a flotation device to take the class.  This class will be challenging but not as hard as the actual Phase 2 boot camp class.

Phase 2- This course is for fitness enthusiasts, weight lifters, marathon runners, triathletes, house moms, couch potatoes, and people who like to be challenged. You will be put through the same type of training that Army Divers and Navy Seals go through on a day to day basis but without all of the yelling! Expect a variety of drills ranging from pool sprints, treading water with weights, underwater swims, fins on swimming, etc. You must be able to swim 50 yards without stopping and also be able to tread water for 5 minutes without stopping. 

 
*The Phase 1 course will only be held at Dad's Club in Houston, Williams Indoor Pool in Webster, Greenhill in Addison, and CISD in Southlake*
