Justin Bradshaw

Owner/Head DFW and Austin Trainer

Justin grew up and graduated from high school in San Antonio, Texas.  Upon graduation, he joined the Army because his Dad and other members of his family had been in the military. Justin attended the Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center (NDSTC) in Panama City Beach, FL.  He graduated from there in May of 2000 and went on to attend the SCDD (Salvage Construction Demolition Diver) course. After completing explosives school he was stationed at Fort Eustis, Virginia. Justin performed various jobs as a diver including underwater construction, underwater welding, search and rescue, explosives, pier rehabilitation, work on dams, ships husbandry, mine/counter mine operations, and other unique diving missions.  He even had a few life threatening experiences while being in the military.  He was honorably discharged from the military and decided to attend the University of Oklahoma.  He started SGT. H2O's CombatSwim in March of 2009 and was one of the featured trainers on MTV's  reality show " I Used To Be Fat."  

Hailey Vorauer

Head Trainer

Hailey is an Austin Native that lives life to the fullest and never backs down from a challenge! She began swimming competitively at the age of eight. In addition to swimming by an early age, Hailey competed in her first triathlon and never looked back. Now in her late twenty’s Hailey has completed in over 25 Triathlons, several 100 mile bike races, 8 Marathons and just finished her first Half-Iron Man.  Hailey’s passion for the water lead her to swim at a collegiate level at Gallaudet University in Washington, DC where she earned her B.S. in Biology. "As an Instructor, it is my job to help enhance my clients' quality of life by improving their physical function and guide them on a path that ultimately allows them to live a healthier and fullfilled life.” Whether you’re an elite athlete or a de-conditioned couch potato, Hailey will provide you with one excruciating yet self satisfying SGT. Mark James

Head Trainer- San Diego
During his five years as a Navy SEAL (SEAL Team Two, Class 141), Mark James completed Two Winter Warfare Deployments and served on the 1989 U.S.N CISM Pentathlon team. A former professional triathlete and ten time Hawaii Ironman finisher, Mark considers coaching his primary strength. He worked for 10 years as a high school swimming and cross-country coach followed by an additional 6 years as Head Coach of Division II Collegiate Level Cross Country Running Team at Sonoma State University.  His other hobbies include free diving, underwater hockey and ocean swimming.  Mark currently works as a Naval Special Warfare Master Training Specialist Mentor and Diving Instructor and coaches triathletes and potential SEAL candidates. A PADI Dive Master since 1993, Mark also completed Park Ranger and State Lifeguard Training programs and worked as a seasonal ocean lifeguard along the North Sector of Northern California where he had over 50 Ocean rescues. Mark has a degree in American Studies from University of California, Santa Cruz and attended Northern Arizona University for Graduate school.  He currently lives on Coronado Island with his wife, three children, and a Siberian Husky named Sisu.
