SGT. H2O's Aquatic Boot Camp- This course is for fitness enthusiasts, weight lifters, marathon runners, tri-athletes, house moms, couch potatoes, individuals wanting to join the military, firefighters, police officers, and anyone who likes to be challenged. Expect a variety of cross training exercises in and out of the pool that will help increase your endurance level, stamina, functional fitness level, and overall strength. Treading water with weights, weighted calisthenics on the pool deck, running short distances, team work drills, and functional swimming exercises are just a few examples of what you will do in class.  You only need to be able to swim 50 yards without stopping and also be able to tread water for 5 minutes to take this course. Join in on the fun!
