If you sign up for monthly payments you are bound for the time period chosen (3 or 6 months). All months must be used consecutively and will renew automatically until you send an email to aquaticbootcamp@gmail.com asking to cancel your enrollment.
I acknowledge I have read and agree to the terms set by Bradshaw's Boot Camps, LLC. I further agree to comply with all of Bradshaw's Boot Camps, LLC policies and procedures as I have selected and registered. I represent I have the legal authority to accept these terms and submit payment on behalf of myself or any party I represent. I understand all transactions are final and no refunds are offered.
